Today

Isn't life so wary, so fragile. Isn't all motion just a simple reverberation of your experience Isn't your experience but a remnant of your "I am" And your "I am" but a remnant of your "today" Your choices, your moments. Your moments, your memories. Your memories, your life. Poetic or not, please do yourself a favor and... Cry. Laugh. Smile. Yell. Be the perfect representation of who you are today, for today is all that matters. We love you. You exist. Your reality matters. You matter. You ... are you. Continue to be ... you. You ... are you. You ... are ... You ... through and through YOU.

Forever / Siempre

Today becomes forever.  Until my dying breath, I am forever yours willingly.  And after, may God provide us with light and love to continue onwards. To show the world that love is truly pure.  To show the world that otherworldly love exists.  To show the world that divine devotion is godly.  May we kneel to His love, so that ours is golden.  May we succumb at sacrifice.  May we pray for peace.  May we beg for benevolence.  Bless us with Your mighty righteousness. Bless me with strength. Bless her with calmness. For love is a duality. At once it is steadfast and concrete. And in the same light, fluid and soft. Give unto us the same relief and love. To end wars, cure disease, and punish crime. Give unto us... divinity in eternity.

Forevers

Maybe not just in this life — After all, it took so long to find one another. Gripping the edges of our toughest trials, Desperate, yearning for something real. Aimlessly parading through the abyss, Losing over and over again to mortality. Eternity once felt like a far-fetched dream — No! said fate — in this life and in others, Adelina, a creation for all forevers.

Hold On

Love, in its purest form, is attempting with your whole soul and being, to truly step into the shoes of the person before you -   To see as they see, to feel their pain, to relish in their pleasures.   To take them as they are, in darkness and in light, in their holy hours, and in their hellish ones.   To stay, despite their flaws, imagined or real, despite the moments when they fall short.   That you can still find that one atom onto which to cling. The one that gave life to the love. You hold on dearly, because to lose it … Would mean losing your whole universe.

Becoming

Tight-lipped pain, fleeting pleasures Dancing in artful combat, striking unannounced Most often against an unguarded heart and mind To hush a path once meant to be otherworldly Silently crafting turmoil where peace once stood Chaining adventure, halting paradise Parading over hopes and dreams, mockingly But what is lost in moments, may be regained in years For there is ecstasy in empathy, and delight in difficulty To discover slowly - that the burdens were worth the battle And that in changing ourselves We inch closer to finding us

Story

That even in another body Your laughter, though pitched anew, keeps the same cadence Your movements, though in new flesh, keep the same dance Your thoughts, though housed in another chamber, keep the same song Perhaps what makes us “us” is not the vessel we carry or the forms we take, Not the years we inhabit, Nor the face we come to know in mirrors. But the lessons we give and gather, The memories we hold, cherish, and share. What makes us “us” Is the story we tell -- And the story others continue when we are gone.

Unbind

Harsh voices once belittled artistic actions Unrepaid debts cast shadows on tomorrow Dismissed emotions that still wound deeply Unforgiving ink that broke spirit Problems unspoken and unresolved, left to rot in silence -- All designed to chain the future, to keep it from becoming .   So -- Shut out the voices. Settle the debts. Rewire thoughts, reshape feelings. Burn the cursed texts. Exalt reason.   For only on a solid foundation can we summon what’s been missing for far too long: safety, belonging, and the quiet strength to grow
